Smartweld fencing panels feature smarter design and are made with more rigorous manufacturing methods than alternative panels. Every panel is tested under 500 kg of force to ensure durability. Sagging, protruding, broken, and weak wires are also no longer an issue with Smartweld panels.

Thicker horizontal tubes with swaged tube end allow for a full-contact weld, making Smartweld fencing panels some of the strongest available. All wires are welded to the frame, with none of them overhanging and causing a safety hazard. The unique corner plate provides a 180° contact point, creating a corner joint that is 70% stronger than the traditional MIG weld.

Smartweld mesh is applied to the panel under tension, preventing sagging, and giving a stronger and neater final product.
